Shipping Policy

At LuxJa, we want to make your rental experience as seamless as possible. That’s why we deliver your winter wear directly to your accommodation before your arrival.

Delivery areas & fees:

• Free delivery to accommodations within a 20 km radius of our showroom (Ratsastajankuja 1A 9, 99100 Sirkka).

• €15 delivery fee for accommodations located 20–40 km from our showroom.

We currently only offer deliveries within the Levi, Kittilä and Ylläs area. If your accommodation is outside of these zones, please contact us at hello@luxjafi.com and we will do our best to arrange a solution.

Delivery times:

• Deliveries are scheduled based on your arrival date and time, and agreed upon when placing the order.

• We ensure that your rental set is waiting at your accommodation, ready for your Arctic adventure.
