Cancellation policy

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the rental period begins for a full refund. After that, the full rental fee applies. For all cancellations, contact us via email hello@luxjafi.com.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver and pick up the items free of charge within 20 km of our showroom (Levi/Kittilä). For accommodations 20–60 km away, a €20 delivery fee applies. If your accommodation is further away, get in touch and we’ll do our best to arrange delivery.

How do I find the perfect size?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

What if the size is wrong?

No worries! If something doesn’t fit, we’ll deliver a replacement within 2 hours of you informing us (during our operating hours).

What if my holiday is cancelled or plans change?

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the rental period begins for a full refund. After that, the full rental fee applies.

How long is the rental period?

The standard rental period is 1–7 days. If you need the gear longer, please contact us in advance — extensions are possible depending on availability, please contact us at hello@luxjafi.com.

Is it possible to leave the clothing at a different location?

Yes. If you change accommodation within Levi, Kittilä, Ylläs, or Äkäslompolo, you can leave the gear at your new location. Just let us know during the booking process or email us at hello@luxjafi.com.

Can I pick up the items myself?

Currently, we only offer delivery to accommodations. Pick-up from our showroom may be available in the future.

Do I need to wash the clothes before returning?

No — we take care of all cleaning and maintenance. Just return the items reasonably clean and dry. For heavily soiled items, a small additional cleaning fee may apply.

What happens if I damage or lose an item?

Normal wear and tear is expected. If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, you may be charged the replacement value listed in our rental terms.

I love the product — can I buy it?

Yes! We keep a small batch of unused clothing and gear for sale. The prices are listed in the info sheet provided with your rental.

Why rent and not buy?

Renting saves you money, luggage space, and stress — while reducing textile waste and supporting sustainable Arctic tourism. Plus, you get access to premium brands without the need for long-term storage.
